    I first saw Anne Ward at Stafford Skincare 10 years ago. I have never had anything but 5* service. I have had a consultation every time beforehand and have always been very happy with my treatment. I have always had communication 2 weeks later to make sure I am happy with my treatment. I have no doubt that if for any reason there was something that I wasn’t happy with it would be rectified without hesitation. This has never been necessary.
    I have recommended friends to Anne Ward and have done so with full confidence, and will continue to do so.

    Have been seeing Dr Anne Ward for 10 years. She is emphatic yet professional and her wealth of knowledge regarding skin cannot be matched. I felt very comfortable asking as many questions as I needed to and she explained everything clearly and her treatment has been very efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
